MJTM Global Enterprises LLC is committed to transparency regarding the use of artificial intelligence within its operational infrastructure. This disclosure explains how AI is deployed across the MJTM ecosystem, what it does and does not do, and the governance framework that ensures responsible, human-supervised use.

This disclosure applies to all AI-powered systems operated by MJTM, including the VERITAS operational intelligence layer, AURIX execution infrastructure, and all ecosystem-connected analytics, routing, and visibility systems.

VERITAS is designed to:

• Classify and prioritize executive access requests based on inquiry type, organization, and operational signals
• Generate concise intelligence summaries of incoming inquiries to support executive review
• Route requests through appropriate ecosystem pathways based on interest type and operational context
• Trigger operational notifications to MJTM leadership when high-priority inquiries are received
• Support document review workflows with AI-generated summaries and analysis inputs
• Coordinate ecosystem interactions across platforms, channels, and operational layers
• Provide analytics visibility across platform engagement, routing activity, and interaction patterns

Inquiry Routing & Classification

When an executive access request is submitted through MJTM platforms, VERITAS analyzes the inquiry type, organization, and submitted context to classify priority level (Standard or High Priority) and route the request to the appropriate internal team or executive pathway. This routing is informational — final human review always occurs before response or escalation.

Operational Summarization

VERITAS generates concise analytical summaries of incoming inquiries to support executive visibility. These summaries are internal operational inputs designed to accelerate review — they are not disclosed externally and do not constitute binding assessments.

Executive Notification Infrastructure

VERITAS triggers automated SMS alerts to MJTM leadership when high-priority access requests or operational events require immediate awareness. These alerts are operational in nature and prompt human review and response.

Analytics & Ecosystem Visibility

AI-powered analytics are used across the MJTM ecosystem to monitor platform engagement, routing activity, visitor interaction patterns, and operational health. Analytics outputs are used for infrastructure optimization and executive visibility — not for profiling, targeting, or autonomous commercial actions.

Document Review Support

VERITAS may assist with document review workflows by providing AI-generated summaries, key term extraction, and structured analysis inputs. All document review outputs require qualified human review before any legal, financial, or compliance action is taken.

AURIX is MJTM's execution coordination layer, designed to facilitate owner-authorized operational workflows. AURIX does not act autonomously — all executions are initiated and authorized by designated MJTM operators.

• AURIX executes only workflows explicitly configured and authorized by MJTM ownership
• No AURIX workflow operates without a defined human-in-the-loop authorization checkpoint
• AURIX execution logs are maintained for operational audit and compliance visibility

MJTM Global Enterprises maintains a foundational commitment to human-controlled execution across all AI-powered systems. No AI output — including VERITAS summaries, routing decisions, analytics reports, or document review inputs — constitutes a final determination or autonomous action.

MJTM Global Enterprises utilizes third-party AI service providers as part of the VERITAS infrastructure stack. These providers are contractually bound to data handling and security standards consistent with MJTM's operational requirements.

Data processed through third-party AI providers is limited to what is operationally necessary and is governed by MJTM's Privacy Policy and applicable data handling agreements.

This AI Disclosure will be updated as MJTM's technology infrastructure evolves. Significant changes to how AI is deployed within the ecosystem will be reflected with an updated effective date. We encourage users, partners, and enterprise clients to review this disclosure periodically.
