Terms of Service

By accessing, using, or interacting with any platform, digital property, executive access portal, or operational interface operated by MJTM Global Enterprises LLC ("MJTM," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use MJTM platforms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, requesters, enterprise clients, partners, investors, and users who interact with MJTM's ecosystem infrastructure in any capacity.

MJTM Global Enterprises platforms are designed for professional executive, enterprise, and operational use. You agree to use our platforms solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted Use

• Submitting legitimate executive access requests or business inquiries
• Exploring ecosystem platforms for investment, enterprise, or partnership purposes
• Engaging with MJTM operational intelligence infrastructure for authorized business activities
• Accessing demonstrations, briefings, or executive pathway communications you have requested

Prohibited Use

• Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or duplication of platform architecture or content
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent access requests or identity information
• Interference with VERITAS operational intelligence infrastructure or backend systems
• Using MJTM platforms for spam, unsolicited outreach, or any unlawful commercial purpose
• Attempting to circumvent security, routing, or access governance mechanisms
• Impersonating MJTM personnel, affiliates, or authorized ecosystem operators

Access to MJTM executive platforms, ecosystem intelligence layers, and operational infrastructure is governed by an access request and approval workflow powered by VERITAS routing intelligence. Submission of an access request does not guarantee access to any specific platform or service.

MJTM reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide explanation. Access privileges are non-transferable and may be terminated for violation of these Terms.

• VERITAS outputs are informational and operational in nature and require human review before any consequential action is taken
• VERITAS does not replace qualified legal, financial, medical, or compliance professionals
• VERITAS does not provide legal advice, medical guidance, or guaranteed financial results
• VERITAS does not autonomously execute financial decisions or make final compliance determinations without authorized human oversight
• All VERITAS intelligence summaries should be treated as decision-support inputs, not definitive determinations

MJTM Global Enterprises utilizes artificial intelligence across its operational infrastructure to support routing, summarization, visibility, analytics, and coordination. All AI-powered outputs are designed to augment human decision-making, not replace it.

Users and clients acknowledge that AI-generated content, summaries, routing decisions, and operational outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for legal, financial, medical, or business-critical purposes.

All content, platform architecture, intelligence systems, branding, operational frameworks, and proprietary technology operated under MJTM Global Enterprises LLC — including but not limited to VERITAS, AURIX, IdentityOS, NILX, DRIVE, and Alpha Command — are the exclusive intellectual property of MJTM Global Enterprises LLC.

U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/877,709 is pending for components of this operational infrastructure. Unauthorized reproduction, replication, or commercial use of MJTM intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by MJTM Global Enterprises LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MJTM Global Enterprises LLC, its officers, directors, affiliates, and operational partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access MJTM platforms.

MJTM platforms are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

MJTM's total cumulative liability for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MJTM, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

MJTM reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend or terminate access to any platform or service
• Modify, update, or discontinue any component of the ecosystem infrastructure
• Update these Terms of Service at any time with changes effective upon posting
• Restrict access based on geographic, regulatory, or operational requirements

Your continued use of MJTM platforms following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state law of the jurisdiction in which MJTM Global Enterprises LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by MJTM Global Enterprises LLC.
