• Full name, email address, phone number, and organizational affiliation
• Interest type and executive pathway selected through the Executive Routing Center
• Messages, notes, and communications submitted via executive access request forms
• Source page, referral URL, and button interaction metadata
• Device category (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet) and session identifiers
• QR code scan events and NFC tap interactions through IdentityOS infrastructure
• Ecosystem analytics events including section views, modal interactions, and pathway selections

MJTM Global Enterprises LLC may send SMS (Short Message Service) communications to individuals who have provided their phone number and expressly consented to receive such messages through our platforms.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry, the executive pathway selected, and ongoing operational interactions.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MJTM Global Enterprises LLC is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out of all SMS communications. A single confirmation will be sent, after which no further messages will be transmitted.

Assistance (HELP)

Reply HELP to any SMS message for contact information and support guidance.

No Purchased Lists

MJTM does not purchase, rent, or use third-party lead lists. All SMS recipients have submitted a form on an MJTM platform and provided express written consent prior to receiving any message.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

Information collected through MJTM platforms is used for the following purposes:

MJTM Global Enterprises LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information with operational service providers strictly for service delivery:

• Twilio Inc. — for A2P SMS transmission infrastructure
• AI and automation platforms — for VERITAS operational intelligence processing and executive summary generation
• Analytics and infrastructure platforms — for platform performance, session tracking, and operational visibility
• IdentityOS infrastructure providers — for QR/NFC routing and card interaction processing

These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and may only use it for services they provide to MJTM Global Enterprises.

MJTM retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your preference and comply with telecommunications regulations.

MJTM Global Enterprises LLC employs administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect collected information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. VERITAS processes access request data within controlled, encrypted execution environments.

While we take commercially reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information submitted through our platforms.
