SMS Policy

This SMS Policy governs all Short Message Service (SMS) communications sent by or on behalf of MJTM Global Enterprises LLC through the VERITAS operational intelligence infrastructure. It explains how consent is collected, what types of messages are sent, how to opt out, and your rights as a recipient.

MJTM Global Enterprises is committed to transparent, consent-based communications only. We do not purchase lead lists, send unsolicited marketing messages, or transmit communications to individuals who have not engaged with our platforms or submitted an inquiry.

SMS consent is collected exclusively through MJTM platform interfaces at the point of user-initiated action. No SMS message is sent without prior, express written consent obtained through one of the following mechanisms:

• Completion and submission of an Executive Access Request form with the SMS consent checkbox selected
• Submission of a partnership, enterprise, investor, or media inquiry form containing consent language
• Interaction with an MJTM access portal where SMS opt-in terms are clearly disclosed prior to submission

Consent to receive SMS communications is never a condition of purchasing goods or services. Submission of an inquiry form without selecting the consent checkbox will not result in SMS communications being sent.

MJTM Global Enterprises transmits the following categories of SMS communications, exclusively to individuals who have provided consent:

Operational Alerts

• VERITAS executive access request alerts routed to MJTM leadership for review and response
• Internal operational notifications triggered by high-priority inquiry submissions
• Ecosystem routing confirmations and executive pathway status updates

Request Communication

• Response to submitted executive access requests, investment inquiries, or enterprise briefing requests
• Appointment coordination, scheduling confirmations, and demonstration follow-ups
• Partnership and strategic alliance communication initiated by the requester
• Media inquiry acknowledgment and executive engagement coordination

Executive Connection

• Direct executive or C-suite connection communication following an approved access request
• Ecosystem interaction updates related to services or platforms the user has specifically requested information about

MJTM does not send unsolicited promotional, marketing, or advertising SMS messages.

Message frequency varies based on the nature, complexity, and ongoing status of your inquiry or engagement with MJTM Global Enterprises. There is no fixed message frequency.

• An initial confirmation or routing notification may be sent upon form submission
• Follow-up communications are sent only as needed to facilitate your requested service or inquiry
• Appointment or scheduling interactions may involve multiple coordinating messages
• Operational alert messages are sent internally to MJTM leadership and are not recurring marketing sequences

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications received from MJTM Global Enterprises LLC. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual plan. MJTM Global Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier in connection with SMS receipt or transmission.

For questions about your carrier's messaging rates, contact your mobile service provider directly.

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Your opt-out preference will be honored indefinitely unless you re-submit a form with renewed consent at a future date.

MJTM maintains records of all opt-out requests to ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations.

Message delivery is dependent on mobile network availability, carrier routing, and device status. MJTM cannot guarantee delivery of time-sensitive operational messages in all network conditions.
